Join us for an auricular (ear) acupuncture treatment with Elizabeth Fuqua paired with a live Yoga Nidra practice led by Marge Allen. This cozy Sunday evening event is intended to rebalance your mind + body, preparing you for the week ahead.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, wear comfortable clothing, and bring any props with you to support rest during the 60-minute session. Suggestion for props include: yoga mat, blanket(s), and pillow(s).

About Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture:
Auricular acupuncture is a diagnostic and treatment system based on harmonizing the body through stimulation of points on the ear. During the treatment, small, sterile needles are placed on the outer ear which activates the parasympathetic nervous system, creating a calming effect.
